Hey Everyone! I know you all have been patiently awaiting an update on the production and fullfillment timeline and here it is!
Fullfilment Timeline
Our original fullfilment date was January 2024, unfortunately due to the speed at which we've been getting samples back from the factory and other unforseen delays, we're behind on that commitment by approx. 4-8 weeks at this point. To give you a clear picture of exaclty where each item is at, we've created this nifty Production Progress graphic.
The checkmark indicates the phase the item is currently in. So if PRODUCTION is checked, it means we have pushed that item into the production phase and the factory is beginning, or has already begun, mass production of that item.
We know this isnt the greatest news but we've really stuck to our commitment to make this the best product possible for all you GMs out there! Despite our best efforts, sometimes there are parts of the process we can't fully control which I'm sure you can all appreciate and understand.
Address Changes
We know there have been a number of requests for changes to shipping addresses. Please stay tuned to updates over the next few weeks as we'll be posting about the way in which those changes will be recorded. We haven't forgotten about you and we'll do our best to make sure your product is shipped to the correct address.
GM Screen Color Changes
We've also received a number of requests for color changes based on the previously released images of the screen samples. We're currently working with the factory on finalizing those and exploring the best brown possible. Our intention is to make each screen the best product possible and that includes color, texture and finish. Stay tuned for more updates on that as well.

Hey All! We got some new samples in and wanted to share a little about how things are progressing at the factory.
Improved Blank Magnetic Charts
Recieved our latest samples for the blank magnetic charts and we've managed to get them even thinner and lighter for easy portability and to be able to fold up in the screen. Also improved the color to match the screen better.

Magnetic Map Grid
Here's the first look at the sample for the acrylic magnetic map grid. Next iteration we'll move the magnets a little further in to better adhere to the metal panels but its looking great!

Improved Cord Keeper
We've widened the 'mouse-hole' for computer/charging cable cords so that it goes edge to edge and prevents wear and tear.

Hi Game Masters!
Stitching is REALLY important in a product you want to last. So we're fixing some of the following issues!
Double Stitching in weird places:
Some of the stitching is doubled up. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Stitch pulling? No!
Some of the stitches are pulling at the materials and causing them to sheer slightly. Not cool! Gotta fix!
The cable hole needs work...
Changing the hole from a "mouse hole" shape to where the blue-line is. More of a "soft curve" to preserve corners.
That's where we're at! We're making real progress on everything and it's going to be awesome!
